1. Product introduction:

According to the requirements of stainless steel cathode plates in copper electrowinning and electrolysis production processes, we have optimized the processing technology of stainless steel cathode plates for electrolysis:
1.1 Make the stainless steel cathode plate fully and evenly covered with copper;
1.2 After the stainless steel cathode plate is coated with copper, it is convenient for copper stripping;
1.3 On the premise that the stainless steel cathode plate meets the production process, it is also necessary to ensure the service life of the stainless steel cathode plate.
We have special manufacturing equipment, testing instruments, and stainless steel surface treatment equipment; to form a chromium oxide passivation film on the surface of the stainless steel cathode plate, the surface passivation film has a more regular structure and uniformity, and there is no deformed layer of broken grains , improve the anti-corrosion performance of the cathode plate, make the plate durable, and ensure the life of the plate surface under the normal use conditions of electrolysis; at the same time, it better meets the production process requirements of electrolytic copper.
2. Two main cathode plate designs:
2.1 Copper-clad steel cathode plate, the stainless steel plate is welded with the hollow steel pipe, and then a layer of copper is compounded on the outside of the conductive rod. The cathode plate has excellent electrical properties and is suitable for working in an environment with little acid mist.
2.2 The ladle copper cathode plate, the ladle copper conductive rod is milled off the contact area at both ends, and then the stainless steel plate is welded with the ladle copper conductive rod. The cathode plate has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for working in an environment with large acid mist. We can specially design and manufacture cathode plates according to the customer's usage conditions. Duplex stainless steel and titanium alloys are available.
3. Guarantee quality:
From manual operation to semi-automatic, and then to automation, the automated manufacturing is continuously improved to ensure that the finished product of each cathode is consistent. We have established a QR code system to record and track product quality and production records. Make sure that each cathode plate has a unique code.
4. Packaging:
We use steel structure packaging, add fixing strips at the bottom, and wrap cardboard boxes and plastic films outside. This packaging can be adapted to land and sea transportation.
