I. Overview
       The XWD intelligent temperature inspection instrument is designed with a microprocessor (microcontroller) as the core, and has widely absorbed various advantages of similar products at home and abroad. It has the functions of self-calibration zero and self-calibration range, which saves users the pain of calibrating the meter. The key components of the instrument use the products of American INTEL, ATMEL, MAXIM and other companies. In the interference protection, a variety of anti-interference measures such as resistance-capacitance filter network, active filter, and software filter are adopted to make the instrument have strong anti-interference. ability.

2. Main features
2.1. The input signal type of each channel, the initial measurement value and the end measurement value, and the decimal point display position can be arbitrarily set through the panel. For the types of thermal resistance input, two-wire and three-wire systems can be mixed.
2.2. Each channel can independently set the upper and lower limit alarm mode and alarm value.
2.3. If the measurement channel is not used, it can be cancelled by setting, and the setting can be restored when needed.
2.4. Software setting and software calibration. There is no adjustment potentiometer in the machine, which has good shock resistance.
2.5. With RS-485 serial port to communicate with the calling party.
2.6. Complete program monitoring circuit, voltage monitoring and protection circuit, and multiple redundant technologies ensure stable operation of the instrument.

5. Instrument panel
5.1. AL1-AL2 two indicator lights, when the two relays J1-J2 in the table have action, the corresponding indicator lights will light up.
5.2. "Settings" key: When the meter is in the measurement state, press this key, the meter will switch to the setting state, when the meter is in the setting state, press this key, the meter function will be automatically converted (for specific use, see below Parameter settings).
5.3. Increase key: During parameter setting, press this key to increase the parameter value. When in the measurement state, the measurement display channel increases.


5.4. Decrease key: During parameter setting, press this key to decrease the parameter value. When in the measurement state, the measurement display channel decreases.
5.5. AUTO indicator light, when in the automatic inspection state, the indicator light is on, and when measuring at a fixed point, the indicator light is off.
5.6. Reset button: press this button to reset the system and restart the meter.
5.7. Measurement display window: when in the measurement state, the measured value is displayed; when in the setting state, the parameter value is displayed.
5.8. Measurement channel display window: Display the channel where the current displayed value is located.
5.9. Alarm channel display window: in the measurement state, if a channel has alarmed, the channel number will be displayed in this window;
